1. General

By accessing and placing an order with ALSEA, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and customers of our website and services.

2. Orders & Payment

All orders are subject to availability and confirmation. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

Currently, we accept payment via bank transfer and DuitNow QR. Payment must be completed and proof of payment submitted within 15 mins of placing an order. Orders with no payment proof received within this window may be cancelled.

Orders are only confirmed once payment has been verified by our team. You will receive a status update via email or Inbox Message once your payment is approved.

3. Pricing

All prices are listed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to adjust prices at any time without prior notice. However, orders that have already been confirmed will be fulfilled at the original price.

4. Shipping

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, public holidays, or circumstances beyond our control. ALSEA is not liable for any delays once an order has been handed to the courier.

Please ensure your delivery address is accurate at the time of ordering. We are unable to redirect parcels once they have been dispatched.

5. Returns & Exchanges

We do not accept returns or exchanges as all items are purchased specifically by request, unless an item is defective, damaged, or incorrectly sent. Terms and conditions apply.

To request a review, please contact us at alsea.enterprise@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear images or videos of the issue. All final decisions regarding returns or exchanges are at our discretion.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached. Sale items, intimates, and accessories are strictly non-returnable.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including images, text, logos, and product descriptions — is the property of ALSEA and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without our written permission.

7. Privacy

We take your privacy seriously. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for information on how we collect, use, and protect your personal data in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA).

8. Limitation of Liability

ALSEA shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our liability is limited to the value of the order placed.
