Shipping rates for Singapore and other international destinations depend on your order's weight, and are quoted to you separately before your order is confirmed. For international parcels, freight charges are based on dimensional (volumetric) weight if it exceeds the actual gross weight.
Pre-Order Items
Pre-order items have a cutoff date — all orders placed before the cutoff are consolidated and shipped together. You'll receive a confirmation email once your pre-order is placed, and a dispatch notification when it ships.
Estimated delivery for pre-orders is typically 2–4 weeks from the cutoff date, depending on the Korea trip schedule.
Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive a tracking number via Inbox Message and email. You can track your parcel directly with the courier.
